1. Services Provided

Mousa Albarge Cargo LLC provides cargo and logistics services, including:

• Road cargo and freight services across UAE, KSA, and GCC countries.

• Household moves and commercial shipments.

• Bulk transport and specialized cargo handling.

• Real-time tracking, delivery notifications, and customer support.

All services are subject to availability and the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

Users (“you”, “customer”) agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for all shipments, including item details, weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

• Ensure that all items comply with applicable laws and regulations; prohibited or restricted items may not be shipped.

• Properly package items to prevent damage during transport.

• Make timely payments for services as per the agreed rates.

3. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be completed prior to shipment dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

• Additional fees may apply for urgent deliveries, special handling, customs charges, or oversized shipments.

• Prices are subject to change; customers will be notified of applicable rates at the time of booking.

4. Liability & Limitations

• Mousa Albarge Cargo LLC exercises care in handling shipments, but is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, traffic, or customs inspections.

• Liability for any claim is limited to the declared value of the shipment.

• Users are responsible for insurance for high-value shipments.

5. Shipment Tracking & Communication

• Users will receive updates regarding pickup, transit, and delivery.

• Users must provide valid contact details to receive notifications.

• Any issues must be reported immediately to our customer service team.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be requested before shipment dispatch.

• Refunds are subject to service conditions, and any applicable fees may be deducted.

• Once shipment is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal and shipment information is collected solely for service provision.

• We follow UAE and GCC data protection laws and do not share personal information with third parties except as required for shipping, customs, or legal compliance.

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable GCC regulations.

• Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in UAE courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Changes to Agreement

• Mousa Albarge Cargo LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.

• Users will be notified of material changes via email or on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
